CIPS NRL-ITD PGM Contract

Though NRL-ITD is a pre-competed Multiple Contract Award, CIPS offers Navy customers its unique past performance of working with NRL over 17 years in R&D environment. CIPS has deep customer knowledge and works collaboratively on R&D efforts involving other contractors to meet NRL advanced mission requirements while we will be promoting small business (Lot I) utilization from qualified preselected R&D firms on ITD Task Orders. It is an easy to use contract with streamlined ordering procedures based on FAR 16.505 which supports timely order award
