NIH CIO-CS GWAC

Chief Information Officer – Commodities and Solutions (CIO-CS) is the next generation Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The contract is focused on IT products and services, both on-site and in the cloud. It offers a wide range of advanced technology including end-user computing, servers, storage, enterprise software, cyber-security solutions, health care IT, cloud computing, and cloud storage.

 

CIO-CS GWAC is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year optional period. The intent of this contract is to provide IT commodities and solutions as defined in FAR 2.101(b).

 

Contract Description

 Covers everything IT related, including: Commodities/commodity-enabling solutions on-site or in the cloud – hardware and software, deployment and installation, maintenance and training, enterprise licenses and extended warranties, engineering studies, cloud, mobility, collaboration tools, Web and video-conferencing, cyber security, virtualization, health and biomedical IT, and more.
