CIPS provides support to Homeland Security and Defense missions by offering Community Infrastructure Management, Information Systems Services, and Knowledge Discovery & Analysis Support.

Intelligence Analysis

We provide Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) , Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Imagery, Signal and Geo Spatial Intelligence services. Examples include

• Knowledge discovery, collection, and dissemination; collaborative systems analysis, data warehousing, and management
• Research, refine, compile, import, adjudicate, and collaborate to produce finished knowledge and intelligence
• Analyze volumes of data for patterns or key hidden relationships using geo-spatial, link analysis, timeline analysis, and visualization and display techniques

Provide expertise with commercial analytical tools and system interfaces for embedded links to integrated COTS/GOTS and DoD applications and databases

• Maintain community database systems and production processes and procedures
• Modeling and simulation tools to identify vulnerabilities
