What is PRIME : PRIME supports IRS Business Systems Modernization program. SAIC is a Prime alliance team partner and assumes responsibility for validating business requirements, business process reengineering, preparing business cases, developing, integrating, testing and deploying the modernized systems together with business use training and other support functions e.g. SAIC has been responsible for Internet Refund Fact of Filing (IRFOF), an automated software application for checking on-line status of individual taxpayers' refund.
