What is ITOP II : ITOPII was transitioned to the Enterprise GWAC Center from the Department of Transportation to accomplish the mission of GSA by providing innovative IT solutions and delivering the best value. ITOP II provides a wide range of information technology (IT) services, within three functional support areas namely Information Systems Engineering (ISE), Systems Operations and Management (SOM), and Information Systems Security Support Services (ISS)
