Intelligence Database Upgrade and Web Development
Scope of Work: Upgraded current legacy database operational system to a robust Oracle 9i database solution with a web-enabled graphical user interface. Enhanced system of structured textual, event, location and related entity data, allowing embedded links to integrated COTS/GOTS applications, enhanced source management interfaces with community infrastructure, and expanded system and user security. Trained the government customer in web-based development. Results: Modern responsive IT capability at user's fingertips, quality data as a centralized database, and reduced operational costs.
Intelligence Analysis-Data Fusion
Scope of Work: Researched, refined, compiled, imported, adjudicated, and collaborated to produce messaging database (Analyst Notebook, Knowledge Discovery) information to support the Data Fusion program's All Source and Open Source Information. Results: Improved the quality of data capture. Enhanced agency's ability to perform the strategic mission of national defense.
All Source Analysis
Scope of Work: Led in knowledge discovery, information details, country language support for patterns or key transparent relationships in the data by using link analysis, and timeline analysis on finance, trade, and technology transfers; political, economic, and defense issues, and military industry, leadership and organizational relationships. Identified information gaps and coordinated requirements. Addressed gaps, presented results, and coordinated findings.
Results: P rovided a blend of expertise that complements the capabilities of the Prime contractor on the agency's knowledge and intelligence mission.
