Scope of Work: Support performance based Oracle Database Administration, Model 204 Database and CICS System Level operation and maintenance support contract for law enforcement applications in a mainframe, client/server and web based transitioning environment. Provide Oracle administration and backup support as well as support Oracle Web Developer tool suite. Maintain field communication system linking to mainframe system.

Results: Maintain low downtime and high operations efficiency, help field online support desk, and provide prompt and timely services to law enforcement officers.
