CIPS senior executive management maintains an open and direct line of communication with our customers and Prime contractors.
CIPS Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program incorporates regular customer meetings to proactively assess performance as the services are delivered.
Our project cost and accounting system is DCAA compliant. CIPS cost estimates are based on extensive experience working in similar skill areas and understanding of working in different US geographic locations.

Business Standing
We received a performance rating of 5 on current projects in a client survey conducted in September 2003 and an overall score of 92 in the D&B open performance ratings in 2001. CIPS consistently delivers quality and continues to receive outstanding performance ratings from and government contracting officers and technical representatives, and prime contractors year after year.
Minority Status
Agencies and prime contractors wanting to do business with a certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business can receive government credits by choosing to do business with CIPS. The company graduates from the 8(a) program in 2010.
